HELLO!

SARAH CRAYCRAFT
  (she/her)

Hi, my name is Sarah. I’ve been working as a therapist for over 12 years. In that time, I have had the privilege of helping many people work through all kinds of challenges that life throws their way.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Whether it is working through conflict, helping to develop skills for dealing with anxiety or depression, or deepening understanding of how emotions impact us, I am honored to be able to walk alongside people as they work through difficult seasons in life.

Throughout my work as a therapist, I have especially developed a love for working with women as they navigate relationships, motherhood, and finding healing. I am also passionate about helping people heal from trauma in order to live more fully.

In my personal life, I love spending time with my family - my husband and three children are the joys of my life. I also enjoy lots of hobbies, including baking, reading, hiking, exploring new places, hanging out with friends and various artistic pursuits.

BACKGROUND

I’m a National Certified Counselor. I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
